Welcome to Bilow Capital, where innovation meets impact in the heart of the Horn of Africa. Founded by Hana Kaise and Ahmed Ali Mohamed, our journey began with a shared passion for reshaping the region's investment landscape.
Combining Hana’s expertise in impact investments with Ahmed’s entrepreneurial experience, we embarked on a mission to uncover the most promising opportunities in the region. Our tireless collaboration led to the official establishment of Bilow Capital in late 2022.

Ahmed Ali
Founder and Managing Partner
Since 2011, he has been a serial entrepreneur in Somaliland, founding businesses in both the construction and health sectors. Armed with an executive MBA and a degree in business administration, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.
Hana Kaise
Co-founder and GP
Somaliland’s first female fund manager, and the founder of the Somaliland Prosperity Organization, Hana is not only shattering barriers but paving the path for other Muslim female fund managers across Africa. With her varied background in international relations, impact investing and consulting for diverse organizations, she possesses valuable skills to navigate the intricate investment landscape of the Horn of Africa.

Ibrahim Maigari Ahmadu

He is a Nigerian lawyer, award-winning serial tech entrepreneur, and Uplink-World Economic Forum Top Innovator. He brings over two decades of experience in building, leading, and managing startups and technology platforms in the e-health, fintech, renewal energy, and agritech sectors in Africa. He is currently the Founder/CEO of RiceAfrika.com with operations in Nigeria, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Somaliland.
